WITH A SLOGAN OF "BEAUTY AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT,"

Dr. Ken Jesser commissioned two neon signs for his laser surgery businesses in La Quinta and Palm Desert, CA.  The existing image of a woman was printed on aluminum and neon was added to create signage that could be seen from the street both during the day and especially at night.

The 3D sign was created for the Annenberg Foundation's 3D exhibition. Using aluminum, colored plexiglass and both surface mounted and back glow neon tubing the sign gave the illusion

of a 3-dimensional image but was actually only

four inches deep.
